According to Variety, Starr’s character will be "Townsville's most famous flamboyant mathematician," who is kidnapped by Mojo Jojo, the evil monkey archenemy of the Powerpuff Girls.

Mojo Jojo will also kidnap an opera singer and a badger as part of his efforts to steal Chemical X and take over Townsville before the feisty super-powered trio ruin his plans.

Also in January, a new mobile game based on the animated series will be released. Players will take on the role of their favourite Powerpuff Girl before undertaking battles and adventures to reach a showdown with Mojo Jojo.
