Mindhunter season 2 trailer

Netflix has dropped the first trailer for Mindhunter season two, which will tackle plotlines including the story of Charles Manson and the Atlanta child murders, respectively.

Jonathan Groff and Holt McCallany are reprising their roles as murder investigators Holden Ford and Bill Tench, in a series which will see them come face to face with the “really small” Manson, who was 5’2” tall.

Manson is played by Damon Herriman, who takes on the role for the second time this year after also portraying the cult leader in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood.

The new series of Mindhunter will also take on the infamous child murders in Atlanta between 1979 and 1981, as well as the Son of Sam killer and the return of Cameron Britton’s murderer Ed Kemper.

Mindhunter returns to Netflix on 16 August
