Radzi Chinyanganya will swallow a tiny camera in the form of a pill for a capsule endoscopy and live footage of his gut will be broadcast to children around the country.
He will swallow the capsule camera an hour before the CBBC programme goes live, allowing us to see the journey it takes through his body.
This is an unusual move for the long-running children’s TV show is famous for sending for the catchphrase “here’s one I made earlier” and for getting its presenters to make things out of sticky-backed plastic.
