The Independent Recommends: Theatre
UNE TEMPETE (below), a radical deconstruction of Shakespeare's last play by Aime Cesaire, the French-West Indian poet, is receiving its UK premiere 30 years after it was published. Big Space Productions live up to their name, utilising every inch of the Bridewell's split-level areas to present a robust, visceral and visually arresting synthesis of the story of the House of Atreus, The Killing Floor.
