A fox called Jimmy Pursey, a cat called Gene Vincent and a badger called Nick Lowe are the protagonists of a tale set in his home town, set to his usual haunted acoustic rock, with narration from Julia Davis. Within the first 60 seconds it's alluded to Blue Peter and Taxi Driver in successive lines. Wind in the Willows it ain't.
