The National share livestream of Ypsigrock Festival 2019
Exclusive: Band continue their series with a surprise stream of their thrilling 2019 show
The National have shared a surprise livestream of their thrilling headline performance at Ypsigrock Festival in Castelbuono, Sicily, in 2019.
The concert was shared as part of the band's "Exciting Communal Event series", which launched with a stream of their show at Primavera Sound in summer 2018.
The Ypsigrock Festival performance took place in association with The Independent, which hosted the festival's main stage.
Other artists on the lineup included Spiritualized, Let's Eat Grandma, Fontaines DC and Pip Blom.

The National's latest album, I Am Easy to Find, was released in May last year.
In an interview with The Independent, frontman Matt Berninger gave some insight into the band's current mood.
“Over the past six years ago everybody has settled roots and that has allowed us to work more privately, at our own pace,” he said. “We give each other a lot of space, and don’t pressure each other.
"I don’t go to afterparties anymore, but it takes me at least two hours to slow the gears down after a show, so I’ll work then, or if I wake up early jetlagged.”
