Letter: Bulger killers

Sir: E D Davis is waiting for "proper punishment" to begin for the two boys who killed Jamie Bulger. In Texas they are at the moment contemplating the introduction of the death penalty for 11-year-olds, following the logic, "Who's old enough to kill is old enough to die." Having that in mind, English prisons seem indeed to be places of food, education, hobbies, TV and warmth.
