From the people that brought you Star Wars Episode 7's unconfirmed plot leak comes details of what might happen in Batman v Superman, with Batman set to be an aging legend and a picture of Ben Affleck as a greying Bruce Wayne that has emerged from the set appearing to confirm this.

Here’s how the movie will open according to Badass Digest:

My sources indicate that when BvS opens Batman has existed for close to thirty years, which would place Wayne in his 50s (which is why I expected more grey in Affleck's hair). In this version Batman is still an urban legend, a creature of the night, and no one has ever taken his picture. But he's had plenty of adventures, and the Batcave includes a memorial centered around a tattered Robin costume.

The leak (which we must remember is entirely unconfirmed) would see Affleck's Batman operating in a more clandestine way than Christian Bale's Dark Knight.

The set photo, taken on location in Detroit, appears to show Wayne surveying wreckage at a Wayne financial building in Metropolis, possibly following Superman's rampage in Man of Steel.

Badass Digest also claims that Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) has been in operation for some time before Dawn of Justice begins.

Jesse Eisenberg plays villain Lex Luthor in Zack Snyder's sequel, which is set to open in UK cinemas on 29 April, 2016 and has a US release date of 6 May, 2016.
