With Daniel Bryan written off after a neck injury that was worse than first feared and forced to vacate the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, Money in the Bank took a unique turn as the biggest belt in the business was up for grabs.

The usual match for the briefcase also took place, with the Authority's golden boy, Seth Rollins, primed to win a shot at the Championship. Elsewhere, a tag team match between The Usos and The Wyatt Family kicked off proceedings, while Adam Rose was in action against Damien Sandow's latest gimmick.

The results in full:

Tag Team Championship Match: The Usos (c) defeated The Wyatt Family. The Usos retained as Erick Rowan took the pin.

Divas Championship Match: Paige (c) defeated Naomi. Paige pinned Naomi after hitting her with the Ram-Paige cradle DDT.

Adam Rose defeated Paul Revere (Damien Sandow). Adam Rose continues to be super popular, while Damien Sandow continues to job to just about everybody.

Money in the Bank ladder match for the briefcase: Seth Rollins defeated Dean Ambrose, Rob Van Dam, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger and Kofi Kingston. Seth Rollins grabbed the briefcase after Kane pulled Dean Ambrose off the ladder, just as he was about to win, and hit him with a tombstone, for good measure.

Goldust and Stardust defeated Rybaxel. Ryback took the pin from Cody 'Stardust' Rhodes.

Rusev defeated Big E by submission.

Layla defeated Summer Rae (Fandango as special guest referee, complete with Fandango'd referee outfit). Hopefully that's the end of that feud.

Money in the Bank ladder match for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship: John Cena defeated Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, Cesaro, Sheamus, Kane, Alberto Del Rio and Bray Wyatt. Featured various bumps, particularly from Randy Orton, who continues to perform and put his body on the line.
