Manchester United transfer news: Paul Pogba admits ‘question mark’ remains on Old Trafford future
Pogba admitted desire to leave United earlier this summer
Paul Pogba’s Manchester United future remains ‘on a question mark’, according to the player himself, but he insists he will always play his best for the club.
Pogba admitted earlier this summer that he wanted to leave United, believing that it could be “a good time for a new challenge”.
Mino Raiola, the midfielder’s agent, then said he was “in the process” of moving his client out of Old Trafford, with Real Madrid and Juventus interested.
United have always stood firm on the subject of Pogba’s future, insisting the player would stay for the 2019-20 campaign.
That position is only likely to harden following the close of the English transfer window. Most European transfer windows are open until the end of the month.

Show all 22Pogba said on Sunday that his future is still in doubt, but assured that he would not let such uncertainty affect his performances.
“I’m always good when I play football. I do what I love, it’s my job. I will give my best every time I’m on the field,” he said.
“There have been words. We are still on this question mark. I am in Manchester.
“I take pleasure with my teammates, I always want to win the matches, I will always give my all when I’m on the field.”
Pogba set up two of United’s four goals in Sunday’s 4-0 win over Chelsea on the opening weekend of the Premier League season.
