Police officer posts TikTok videos while at crime scene

Police are investigating after an officer posted footage of himself lip-synching to a rap song while on duty.

In the 15-second clip, posted to TikTok, PC Jonathan Gould can be seen singing along to the song All In by ZaeHD and CEO.

He then suggestively traces his fingers down his body and over his handcuffs, which he flicks open.

The officer, who works for Avon and Somerset Police, said he was “#bored” in comments under the video.

He claimed to be at a crime scene and “just doing my job”.

The video was “liked” more than 600 times.

PC Gould has more than 7,000 “fans” on the app, which lets users post short videos with music and special effects.

Avon and Somerset Police said they were reviewing the footage.

A spokesperson said: ”We’re aware of videos posted on social media featuring one of our officers.

“We expect the highest standards of professionalism from all our officers and staff at all times and will look at the circumstances relating to the videos closely before deciding what action, if any, is necessary.”

PC Gould has since removed the video from TikTok.

However, other clips feature the officer mimicking SpongeBob SquarePants while appearing in his uniform inside a police van and singing Let It Snow! by Dean Martin while sat in a police car on a snowy day.
