The Royal Family’s website currently has a job listings advertising for the role of a digital communications officer to find "new ways to maintain the Queen's presence in the public eye and on the world stage”.
According to the advert, the job will involve managing the daily news flow on digital and social networking platforms, creating content, as well as researching and writing features.
The job will be located at Buckingham Palace and will pay approximately £30,000, depending on experience, and require the employee to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The successful applicant will also be awarded a 15 per cent employer contribution pension scheme (after six months), 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays), free lunch and access to training and development to support professional development.
Applicants are expected to be degree educated, boast “good photography skills”, and have natural communication skills.
“This is your opportunity to use your digital expertise to deliver the exceptional,” a section from the listing reads.
The listing comes months after the Queen posted her first Instagram post during a visit to London’s Science Museum.
"Today, as I visit the Science Museum I was interested to discover a letter from the Royal Archives, written in 1843 to my great-great-grandfather Prince Albert," she wrote in the post on the @TheRoyalFamily Instagram account.
Last month, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex broke the record for the fastest time to gain 1 million followers on Instagram.
At the time, Kensington Palace announced it had launched a verified Instagram account, under the handle @sussexroyal, on behalf of the royal couple.
The account accrued 1 million followers in five hours and 45 minutes, according to the global authority on record-breaking achievements Guinness World Records.
