Lululemon does not need an introduction anymore: the company is now internationally known mostly for its yoga outfits, but also offers a wide variety of other sportswear that is comfortable and made of top-quality material. Of course, Lululemon is more expensive than any other one, but there’s a reason why and is worth the investment.

Mid-impact training

Janji’s W’s: $44, Run Janji

This sports bra is light enough so your body feels free to move without even feeling it, but support your breast enough that your efforts cycling, skiing or spinning won’t be a hassle. The plus is that Janji’s colorful and punchy patterns will enlighten any training session. Made of a mix of polyester and spandex, the W’s is breathable as well as very comfortable. Ok, for those of you who are still figuring out what sport you want to practice, you are not left out either. The Verdict

If you’re a runner or aerobic athlete, Skin’s Dnamic high impact is a must - This is the bra that will support your breast the most, with its unique compression features, and detailed confection, but New Balance’s Power Bra isn’t far behind. For the bikers, spinners or skiers, Janji is definitely a brand to discover, and Fila will also just do the trick with style! Whatever sport is part of your New Year’s resolution, just make sure you pick a bra that is appropriate for your effort. For the newbies who haven’t exactly picked a favorite sport yet, Aritzia’s Flex Studio Bra is a perfect option.
