Wayfair 'fashion books and heels' framed graphic art print: From £22.99, Wayfair
Fashionistas will adore this graphic art print from Wayfair, which has a huge selection of wall art, from artsy canvases to photographic prints. Depicting a pair of Louboutin stilettos and red lipsticks alongside a series of fashion books from the likes of Prada and Chanel, this print isn’t just a top option for fashion lovers, but would make an ideal standalone print or a focal point for a gallery wall thanks to its strong monochrome tone with bright pops of red.
Available in four sizes, the print comes ready to hang either with a black or white wood frame, and considering the high quality not only of the print but of the framing, is an impressively affordable option: we’d recommend going for the biggest size, only £43.99 for a huge 59x42cm size, for a real statement piece of fashion wall art.
Rama Publishing hafez print: From £10, Rama Publishing
If you’re sick of cheesy quotes like “live laugh love” and “she believed she could so she did” but still want to feel inspired, look to London-based stationery and lifestyle brand Rama Publishing and its selection of alternative motivational quotes. Each print has a genuinely empowering quote from a variety of Persian and Middle Eastern philosophers and poets, from Rumi to Omar Khayyam, and is eye-catching too, with mystical illustrations in deep shades of gold and blue.
Our favourite was the Hafez print, which says: “I wish I could show you when you are lonely or in darkness the astonishing light of your own being”. A fantastic option if you’re looking for quotes that aren’t all over Instagram, but that are unusual and inspiring. The unframed prints, available in A4 or A3, come beautifully packaged too, so make wonderful gifts.

For a piece that’s natural yet modern, fun yet calming, we loved the Mountain Sunset limited edition print from Bradford-on-Avon-based husband and wife design team Scout & Boo. The gorgeous mountain scenery is depicted in neutral shades of black and grey, with the bright yellow sun providing a contemporary pop of colour.
As well as the unique design, we loved the high quality photo paper of this arty print and found that it would slot perfectly into virtual any room of the house: an office, a living room, a child or adult’s bedroom or even in the kitchen. The print is sold frameless, in a limited edition run of 500, and fits into an A3 frame. If you really love the design you can also find this one – and many more – printed on the brand’s quirky selection of ceramics and furniture.

Our favourite pick was Cactus Love by London illustrator Lucy Banaji, a fun, modern choice depicting a range of cactuses of all shapes, sizes and colours. It’s also really affordable, with a large poster starting at £17.99, and a huge, 75x50cm mounted and framed print – big enough to take centre-stage on even a large empty wall – costing a very reasonable £79.99.
Next metallic tiger framed art: £50, Next
Animal prints are always a popular choice, and Next’s metallic tiger framed artwork is a fantastic option if you’re looking for a statement piece that arrives ready to hang. The enormous 80x60cm print comes beautifully framed, with a huge metallic tiger prowling on an unusual khaki-coloured background.
We loved the metallic look of the tiger, which brought a modern look to the otherwise simple design, and found the print to be excellent value for £50 considering its gorgeous frame and enormous size. It’s perfect for a really standout piece in both an adult or a child’s bedroom, and would look equally excellent in a living room as part of a gallery wall.

Pep up your wall with some well-known pop art such as the Andy Warhol’s Campbell’s soup print, available on designer discount website BrandAlley, which has a whole array of fashion, homeware and beauty products from renowned designers at knock-down prices.
This print is one of Warhol’s best-known creations, and is the perfect way to add a touch of contemporary fun to a gallery wall or picture ledge, and it also functions well as a standout solo piece. It’s also fantastic value, considering this 36x28cm print was originally £65, and comes beautifully framed and ready to hang.
Matthew Calvin double monstera in gold print: £24, Matthew Calvin
Botanical prints are everywhere at the moment, and we loved this unusual take on the trend by London designer Matthew Calvin. Rather than the ubiquitous green shades so beloved on Pinterest, this design, with a dark blue-grey background and the monstera leaves depicted with digital gold foiling techniques, is fresh and contemporary. We loved the quirky, modern colour combination, and the high quality silk paper.
Available unframed and only in A3, there’s a limited run of 100 prints to snap up, and there are other gold print designs in a range of colours if monstera isn’t your favourite leaf.
Namoh hipster Mark Twain print: From £15, Namoh
For quirky, humorous posters with gorgeous designs and strong messages, we love the selection from Battersea-based print and design studio Namoh. As well as delectable foodie prints, motivational messages and arty canvases, the brand offers a series of posters featuring well-known quotes from the likes of Oscar Wilde and Wonder Woman.
Our favourite had to be the super-simple but funny Mark Twain quote, which features a distinctive pair of eyebrows and a moustache and the quote: “The more I learn about people the more I like my dog”. An ideal present for pet lovers, or buy it for yourself and look at it to cheer yourself up whenever humans irritate you much more than man’s best friend ever could. Available unframed and in four sizes.
Bigjon personalised contemporary love heart print: £39, Not on the High Street
Feeling loved up? Let the world – or at least anyone who sees your walls – know it by buying this gorgeous print. The giant geometric heart design is simple and comes in nine colours, from romantic red to dramatic black, and a personalised text of your choice at the bottom of the print.
We loved the simplicity of the design and the subtle personalisation, making it a great option both for your own home or for a gift, perhaps for a wedding, anniversary or new baby. It’s available in three sizes, so you can decide just how massive you want your heart to be, and comes unframed on thick quality paper.
Rose & Grey margo in Margate exclusive girl in black hat print: £45, Rose & Grey
If you’re looking for a standout, artistic print, we love the Margo in Margate collection from British homeware brand Rose & Grey. Available in an array of colours, from eye-catching yellow to scene-stealing green, the prints depict quirky hand-drawn girls by Kent-based artist Margo McDaid.
Our top pick was the girl in black hat print, which is ideal for a simpler, more neutral gallery wall style: the print features a girl wearing a tall black hat, with a cream background for simplicity, though if you prefer brighter colours there are plenty to pick from, and you can also opt for prints with messages such as “be kind” or “be brave”. The prints are sold frameless, come on beautiful thick quality paper and measure 40x50cm.
Verdict: Prints under £100
We were also impressed by the varied selection of wall art at Wayfair, and found the fashion books and heels framed graphic art print to be excellently priced considering the quality of the print and frame.
