James Corden and Jeff Goldblum parody Ariana Grande's 'Thank u Next'

James Corden has shared a parody of Ariana Grande's hit single "thank u, next", which pays tribute to Jurassic Park star Jeff Goldblum.

The Late Late Show host opened the skit by walking into Goldblum's dressing room and profusely thanking him.

The opening notes to Grande's song then begin and the scene cuts to Corden in the bedroom from the film Mean Girls, looking through a book showing pictures of Goldblum in his various roles.

"He taught me love, he taught me patience, he taught me pain, Jeff Goldblum's amazing," Corden sings. "He's a silver fox, with black thick-rimmed glasses, the way that he talks, would charm all your asses."

Corden is then shown on stage with actors in costumes from various Goldblum roles, including Thor: Ragnarok, The Fly, and Jurassic Park.

The video also makes reference to Goldblum's recent jazz album, with Corden lying on top of a grand piano while the actor plays for him.

As Corden is shown becoming more and more enthusiastic about his book of Jeff pictures, the video cuts back to the dressing room showing Goldblum looking slightly overwhelmed.

"Wow, very beautiful," he says. "That journal with all the pictures of me... have you had that for a while? You compiled that?"

"I'll get rid of it," Corden promises.
