The full schedule of BBC1's Christmas Day television has been revealed, from Moana to Gavin & Stacey.

A variety of films, dramas, comedies, festive specials and children’s shows make up this year’s list, as well as the news, weather and, of course, The Queen’s Christmas Broadcast.

Highlights include a morning showing of the 1995 film Wallace and Gromit: A Close Shave and, in the afternoon, animated movie Moana followed by children’s show The Snail and the Whale, starring a voice cast including Sally Hawkins and Rob Brydon.

After the Queen’s speech and into the evening, there will be Christmas specials of Strictly Come Dancing, Call the Midwife, Gavin & Stacey and Mrs Brown’s Boys, to name a few.
