Tyler, the Creator has released his anticipated new album IGOR.

The record serves as the follow-up to his acclaimed 2017 LP Flower Boy, and includes credits for Kanye West, Lil Uzi Vert, Al Green, Playboi Carti and Cullen Omori (formerly of Smith Westerns) as co-writers.

West is not credited as a featured artist but can be heard on the track “Puppet”.

The album was preceded by brief clips for the song’s “IGOR’S THEME”, “NEW MAGIC WAND”, “WHATSGOOD” and “a boy is a gun”.

The self-confessed Call Me By Your Name fan also drops a reference to the film on “I Think”, with the line: “And I wish you would call me by your name ’cause I’m sorry.”

Tyler previously referenced CMBYN star Timothée Chalamet on his single “OKRA”.

He shared a disclaimer on his social media before the album’s release: “Don’t go into this expecting a rap album,” he said. “Don’t go into this expecting any album.”

Early fan reactions to the record have been largely positive on social media. It is available to download and stream on all major platforms including iTunes and Spotify.
