Gaga was engaged once before, to The Vampire Diaries actor Taylor Kinney.

That relationship ended in July 2016, when Gaga confirmed on social media that she and Kinney were “taking a break”.

Gaga is a double nominee at the Academy Awards this Sunday, for her work in A Star is Born.

She has scored nods in the Best Actress and Best Original Song categories (the latter of which is for the hit “Shallow”).

Lady Gaga and Christian Carino attend the 25th Annual Screen Actors Guild Awards show at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles on 27 January, 2019.

The nominations cap off a busy awards season for Gaga, who has won two Grammys and a Golden Globe this year.
