Kendrick Lamar has been announced as the first headliner of this year's WOO HAH! festival, amid growing rumours that he will have a similar role at Glastonbury.

The festival made the announcement on Wednesday on social media, also unveiling the names of several of other performers joining Lamar in the Netherlands.

A$AP Ferg, Dababy, and Skimask The Slumpgod are all set to perform during the festival, which will take place between 10 and 12 July, 2020.

The announcement comes amid growing rumours that Lamar could be two Glastonbury headliners who have yet to be named.

Glastonbury is taking place from 24 June to 28 June, so not long before the WOO HAH! festival.

Last year, Stormzy was a co-headliner at the WOO HAH! festival, the same year he headlined Glastonbury.

Paul McCartney was confirmed last week as the first headliner of this year's Glastonbury festival.

Diana Ross is set to play the Sunday legends slot.
