Avengers fans are squeezing every new tidbit of information for all the details they can find about Endgame.

Fresh off the news that Marvel is reportedly considering adding an interval into the lengthy final chapter, a new official image has been released as part of a promotion by Orville Redenbacher popcorn – and it teases new looks for the film’s major players.

Firstly, it established Captain America, Black Widow, Iron Man, the Hulk and Hawkeye as the main characters going into Endgame following the devastating climax to Infinity War, which saw the majority of the cast die at the hand of Thanos (Josh Brolin).

One character who’s grabbing the most attention is Mark Ruffalo’s character, with many assuming that his new look hints at the arrival of Professor Hulk – the perfect balance with his human form, Bruce Banner.

A synopsis also leaked on Disney’s Australian website yesterday, however, Disney has since claimed is not official.

It reads: “After the devastating events of Avengers: Infinity War (2018), the universe is in ruins due to the efforts of the Mad Titan, Thanos. With the help of remaining allies, the Avengers must assemble once more in order to undo Thanos’ actions and restore order to the universe once and for all, no matter what consequences may be in store.”

Avengers: Endgame will be released in UK cinemas on 25 Apri.
